After breakfast, transfer to Kandy with visits en route to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, Captain Dawson Tower, and the Mawelmadha Historical Temple. Established in 1975, Pinnawala provides sanctuary and care for orphaned elephants, while the Mawelmadha Temple—an ancient Buddhist site with rock caves and a stupa—dates back to the pre-Christian era and is associated with King Valagamba. Kandy, the island’s last royal capital, is home to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, a UNESCO World Heritage site. In the evening, enjoy a vibrant cultural dance performance showcasing traditional Sri Lankan art forms. Overnight stay at Hotel Topaz, offering elegant accommodations and panoramic views of Kandy.

After breakfast, visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic in Kandy, revered as one of Buddhism’s holiest sites and an influential landmark in Sri Lankan history. Continue to Nuwara Eliya for a city tour, featuring a stop at a strawberry farm cultivating the Tamar and Festival varieties, as well as the New Zealand Farm, renowned for its premium dairy products. Overnight stay at Oak Ray Summer Hill Breeze Hotel, nestled among pine and cypress trees, where elegant rooms with private balconies offer sweeping mountain views.

After breakfast, transfer to Colombo and discover the city’s lively nightlife. Colombo is renowned for its casinos, offering world-class gaming experiences such as baccarat and roulette, along with vibrant pubs, clubs, and special promotions. Overnight stay at The Ocean Colombo Hotel, a 4-star property conveniently located 1.7 km from the city center and 2.8 km from the National Museum. The hotel features 49 ocean-view rooms, a restaurant serving continental breakfast, a welcoming lobby bar, and complimentary spa facilities.

Explore key landmarks such as the Old Parliament Building, Independence Memorial Hall, Dutch Hospital, Colombo Fort, and Gangaramaya Temple. As Sri Lanka’s largest city and commercial capital, Colombo seamlessly blends modern vibrancy with historic charm. The Old Parliament Building, a Neo-Baroque masterpiece built in 1930, now houses the Presidential Secretariat. The Independence Memorial Hall stands as a tribute to Sri Lanka’s 1948 independence, while the Gangaramaya Temple remains one of the country’s most revered Buddhist sites. Conclude the tour at the Dutch Hospital, a heritage complex from 1681 transformed into a lively shopping and dining precinct.
